- Graduated with a Doctor’ s Degree in the field of Urban logistics and supply chain management, National and regional logistics and supply chain management, International logistics and supply chain management, Rail, sea and air transport, Air transport, Aviation management, Aviation industry, Public transport system design, planning, and management, Regional transport network design and planning, Highway engineering, Traffic engineering.
- English proficiency test results, either CU-TEP, IELTS or TOEFL, which shall be taken not longer than 2 years prior to the last application date or graduated from the English programs in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, the Philippines, India, South Africa, and Hong Kong SAR.
